Minnich Cuts the Cord

The stars of Minnich Manufacturing full line of flex shaft vibrators are the gas-powered vibrators. Minnich offers a flex shaft vibrator driven by the Honda GX35 Mini 4-Stroke engine. These vibrators offer reliability without the hassle of an electric cord. The Honda powered vibrators come in two configurations: Backpack or Hand Held.

Both configurations offer the reliability of the Honda GX35 Mini 4-Stroke engine. The GX35 has an all position diaphragm carburetor, which allows a contractor to operate the vibrator in any position without stalling. The primer allows for an easier pull start to get you on the job vibrating quicker. The Honda GX35 gives the contractor 1.5 horsepower and 8,000 to 9,000 RPM. With Minnich's direct drive system it transfers 8,000 to 9,000 RPM direct to the vibrator head. No belts to wear and break. The throttle assembly is located on the core & casing. The throttle location gives you easy fingertip control of the speed of the vibrator from a few hundred RPM to full speed.

The Honda Hand Held configuration offers contractors quick and easy operation. With a simple shoulder strap there is no fastening and unfastening of a harness. The unit is balanced for an easy dipping motion.

For a longer job, the Honda Backpack straps on your back for more comfort. With a padded back and heavy duty straps the back pack configuration offers a way to carry the unit with less fatigue on the operator.

All of Minnich Manufacturing's vibrator heads and most of Minnich's core & casings are interchangeable between the electric and gas powered vibrators. Couple that with the quick release and Minnich offers the contractor a complete line of flex shaft vibrators with the ability to condense the size of their vibrator fleet.
