Local Partnerships at Work on Ohio Jobsite
Minnich works with businesses close to home
Minnich has always believed that a strong community is built through strong local partnerships. From the materials and components we source to the contractors and dealers we work with every day, we support businesses close to home whenever possible. Our mindset is simple: local first, then Ohio, then the USA.
That commitment was on display during a recent visit with Simonson Construction Services out of Ashland, Ohio. As a local contractor and longtime Minnich customer, Simonson represents the hardworking Ohio crews we strive to support.
Simonson was on a job at an active wastewater treatment plant near Columbus, where they used Minnich equipment purchased through a local dealer, TUSC. We had the opportunity to meet the crew, watch them utilize the Minnich Backpack and Stinger during wall and slab pours, and better understand the company’s use cases and workflows.
But one of the highlights of the visit was the personal connection between our two companies. Minnich Shop Supervisor Cody joined the visit to watch his brother, Shawn, serve as the building foreman for the project. It was a meaningful reminder that local business relationships often go beyond equipment and projects— they’re built on people, families, and shared communities.
Seeing two brothers from different local companies on the same Ohio jobsite perfectly captured the spirit of the visit: hometown contractors, locally-built equipment, and a combined goal of strengthening our local infrastructure. This is what Minnich is all about.
Whether it’s partnering with local dealers like TUSC, working alongside contractors like Simonson Construction, or building relationships with the people behind the projects, we’re proud to invest in the communities that support us. Visits like this remind us that the best partnerships are built close to home.
