Hudson McDaniel has been part of the Minnich Manufacturing family since high school, making his start in assembly before heading to The Ohio State University for his degree. He returned to the company as part of the Drill Department, then climbed to Inside Sales, and is now proudly joining Outside Sales to support contractors and dealers along the East Coast. Hudson enjoys building relationships with clients; as experts in the field, he gets to learn from and collaborate with them to identify real solutions. He’s a former college swimmer who spends his free time golfing in the warm months and snowboarding once the snow hits.

At WOC 2026, Hudson is especially excited to showcase the new Minnich Sprayer and its innovative features. WOC is a great place for attendees to get hands-on with new equipment, meet industry experts face-to-face, participate in education courses and ACI certifications, and connect with leaders across the concrete industry.
